Company Overview
IntelliRad Imaging was founded in 2013 by four physicians while practicing at a single location, Mercy Hospital, in Coral Gables, Florida. Since 2013, IntelliRad has grown to employees including 40 radiologists, 4 neurointerventional surgeons, 13 NPs and PAs, clinic staff, two executives administrators, and two staff members. Our physicians subspecialize and cover all modalities of radiologic care including neuroradiology, interventional radiology, neurointerventional surgery, body imaging, breast imaging, pediatric imaging, nuclear medicine, cardiac imaging, and musculoskeletal imaging. Due to our size and our unified worklist, we have the ability to partially subspecialize.
IntelliRad has grown to five major hospitals in the south Florida region plus one hospital in northwest Florida (Pensacola). We also have three offices for pre- and post-interventional and neurointerventional radiology patient care. Our hospitals include a level I trauma center and stroke center, a level II trauma center and stroke center, and three additional stroke centers. We host an ACGME radiology residency program at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital with 24 residents.
IntelliRad Imaging's clinicians continually strive to address the demanding and dynamic imaging requirements of today, supported by a professional team of imaging technologists and staff within the HCA community. We believe our services provide premium value to patients and their family members.
